Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of operations for a local solutions unit, covering the full spectrum of functions: Project Management & Control, Project Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Logistics, Planning, and Fulfillment. You will ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and integrity policies and standards across all operational activities.Additionally, you will take responsibility for coordinating Global Customer Account project execution, addressing quality issues, and ensuring timely and effective resolutions to support customer satisfaction and operational excellence.The work model for the role is: Hybrid This role is contributing to the Sales and Solutions Operational efficiency globally. Main stakeholders are Solutions units, GAMs and Solutions Development team.You will be mainly accountable for:•Delivering overseen global organization-level Operational KPIs•Developing business action plans for the unit(s) aligned with Global Solutions Centers and Sales and Solutions Business Line strategy and targets. Monitoring implementation and tracking any deviations for corrective action.•Accountable for a sustainable and effective E2E value-chain in BL Sales and Solutions, from Customer to Supplier and from Order to Delivery (Products, Projects & for project execution from order to service.) •Responsible to implement and sponsor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and all other business compliance standards and regulations across functions of BL Sales and Solutions, including Site management•Developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance •Ensuring that the organization takes into account an overall value chain perspective to meet customer expectations as per agreed quality, service levels, and lead time.Our team dynamics (Optional)You will join a e.g. dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role
 

  • Over 10 years of experience in operational roles, including Project Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
  • Driven by a passion for continuous improvement and a strong commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams across different countries, fostering collaboration in diverse cultural environments.
  • Financially astute, with a comprehensive understanding of business complexities, including markets, customer needs, product portfolios, and execution strategies.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity, safety, compliance, and sustainability in all aspects of work.
  • Fluent in English, with solid proficiency in an additional language.
