We help clients transform their business by designing and implementing data solutions to excel in their markets. Our role is to understand their business problems and use data-driven thinking and technology to achieve outcomes that drive their business forward.
For this role, we are currently offering start dates from February 2025.
How you can make an impact
- Design and implement modern data solutions in the areas of data management (e.g. data quality, master and reference data, catalogues, data platforms) that deliver high-quality, usable data
- Develop data strategies that allow our clients to reach their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue pillars.
- Design complex data & analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical and organizational thought leadership and guide clients in executing these transformations, which have significant organizational implications.
- Drive Data & AI use cases from business value concept to production
- Develop and maintain trusted client relationships through project work or business development and expand your network both internally and externally.
- Support business development opportunities to generate new projects.
- Be a role model for people you work with by demonstrating strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter competence.
- Grow expertise in different industry and subject matter areas and share your knowledge with the rest of Deloitte talent.

- Strong Microsoft Power Point skills: Ability to design and shape meaningful presentations.
- Strong Conceptual Capability: Ability to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs, simplifying complex problems.
- Business-IT Translator: Ability to act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
- Technical design: Attention to detail and ability to convey technical specifics of solution design in oral or written form and in 1-1 meetings as well as workshops
- Business Development: Support business development by preparing and leading workshops with prospective clients
- Technical Expertise in one of the following two areas:
- Data management:
- 2+ projects implementing master data management, data quality, reference data or catalogue solutions.
- Leading nearshore/offshore teams on implementations.
- Hands-on experience from vendor selection to implementation and operation of solutions.
- Hands-on expertise working with solutions from one or more of the following vendors (Collibra, Informatica, Azure, GCP).
- Cloud-based data platforms:
- 2+ projects in implementing data lakehouses.
- Leading nearshore/offshore teams in implementations.
- Hands-on experience across the entire journey from vendor selection to implementation and operation of solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in working with solutions from one or more of the following vendors (Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks).
- Hands-on knowledge of common development methodologies.
- Hands-on expertise in designing and documenting data and technical architecture for these platforms
- Data management:
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French is highly preferred to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Industry Experience:
- You have at least 3 years of relevant practical experience and technical knowledge of data topics gained in a consultancy, tech company or industry.
